Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Universal Bonding Primer bonds topcoats to even the most difficult-to-coat surfaces, including galvanized steel and two-part epoxies. It creates a smooth, durable and rust-resistant surface that is ready to paint. This primer may be used on interior or exterior surfaces to include galvanized steel, wrought iron railings, furniture, aluminum flashings, PVC, porcelain, masonry, glazed brick, metal, wood, fiberglass and other surfaces.
