Simply snap Draft Seal onto any standard new work box and attach the enclosed seal on the back. The green ring remains visible after dry wall install. Complies with the IECC (International Energy Conservation Code) building code requirements for thermal performance and air leakage. Reduces drafts and vapors that cause mold inside walls and sound transmission through walls. Compatible with most standard non-metallic boxes, including shallow and deep variations. Complies with IECC and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) envelope sealing. UL (Underwriter's Laboratories) listed.
