This energy-efficient ladder features an insulated door with R-10 extruded foam and weather stripping seal that reduces air leakage. This attic ladder fits ceiling heights of 7 Ft. 8 In. to 10 Ft. 3 In. and has a rough opening of 30 In. X 54 In. The Energy-efficient AL3040MG-R10 features slip resistant cross-tread steps, adjustable shoes, Gas Piston, and an ergonomic T-handle.
