It is a unique blend of oils, quality resins and finely ground pigments that penetrate deeply to protect and preserve the wood from the elements. This stain enhances the natural beauty of the wood by reacting with its natural characteristics and allowing the texture and grain of the wood to remain visible. Ready Seal may be used on any exterior wood project and is effective on all types of wood, including Western Red Cedar, Douglas Fir, Cypress, Spruce and Redwoods.
