Extremely durable with a die cast aluminum frame. Features a loud and clear, 1-watt Kenwood speaker. Provides secure communication in analog mode with a 16-code voice inversion scrambler. Features radio-to-radio cloning, adjustable microphone gain, channel scanning, button lock, time-out timer, low battery warning, calling alert, QT/DQT, compander, and more. Knobs, antenna, and belt clip are easily replaceable. Meets MIL-Spec Standards 810 C/D/E/F/G and is IP54/55 rated (dust/water resistant). 3-year warranty.
