Controls over 200 listed weed types, including dandelion, clover, dollarweed, chickweed, poison ivy, henbit, oxalis, ground ivy, and purslane. The product starts working on contact and kills the root. Apply in the spring or early fall when broadleaf weeds are actively growing, preferably in the morning when dew is on the grass. Manufacturer recommends using a spreader to apply this product. For Scotts broadcast/rotary spreaders, use a setting of 3. For Scotts drop spreaders, use a setting of 5. Avoid washing product from weed leaves for 1 to 2 days after application.
