With this full-service canner, you can do it all. It doubles as a boiling water canner for preserving fruits, jams, jellies, pickles, and salsa in half-pint, pint, and quart jars. This pressure canner is extremely durable, constructed of heavy-gauge polished aluminum with a stainless-steel clad base. It can be used on gas, electric, smooth-top, and induction ranges. The pressure dial gauge registers a complete range of precise processing pressures, which is especially helpful if you live in a high-altitude area. You can start canning worry-free with the special air vent/cover lock. This allows pressure to build only when the cover is closed properly and prevents the cover from being opened until pressure is safely reduced.
